Our Catholic tradition has approached the season of Lent. Throughout Lent prayer, fasting and almsgiving are the three disciplines practiced. All three disciplines give support and meaning to each other. Together as a community let us pray, fast and give alms during Lent 2012.

February 3 we will celebrate the Feast of St. Blase. Traditionally , throats are blessed on this feat day, but to be more convenient for our Parishioners, we will have this blessing on Sunday February 5 after each Mass
